You will have private and exclusive use of the property and all amenities.
Our caretaker is Ate Shirley who is very accommodating and willing to help. Tipping is acknowledged regarding services as token.
DAKKEL HUT (whole house rental: 8500/night; extra person charge after 17 guests is P250/head)
The house has 2 Fan rooms each room has double bunk bed, bamboo queen bed , king size bed , extra mattress & own toilet & bathroom (each room sleeps a total of 8-10 persons ). It has a patio living area, a dining area, functional pantry/kitchen & BBQ area. A separate service area with sink also provided, an outside comfort room & bathroom, an outside shower ideal for rinsing off, a simple tropical garden and available parking area.

BATTIT HUT (Php 3000 /night) is where the comfort to stand & walk on bamboo floor will bring you back the good old days. This is a fan room with sleeping mattress (sleeps a total of 7 persons). In excess of 2 additional 200 php to be charged per person.
A tiled indoor patio w/ kitchen, 1 toilet & experience taking a shower in a floored bathroom made of strips of bamboo placed side by side. It has a stunning soft sandy front yard to relax.

Upon confirmation of reservation, fifty percent (50%) deposit must be made through bank deposit, the details of which will be furnished to you. Reservations are considered confirmed only upon our receipt of deposit, in case of payment by bank deposit; please e-mail us a scanned copy of the deposit slip.
Failure to make the deposit within the allotted time may result to an automatic cancellation of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Down payments are non-refundable but can be used at any time within the year.
